I'm a North Alabama native who moved to Knoxville in 1992 with my husband and we've called it home ever since. For over a decade, I've been dedicated to assisting buyers, sellers and investors in achieving their real estate goals in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. My focus is on understanding my clients' needs and advocating for their best interests in each transaction.
In 2013, I established Walker Realty Group with a strong commitment to customer service, transparency, and prioritizing the client's needs. I provide personalized services tailored to each client because I believe in a customized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. My goal is to exceed expectations, never settle for mediocrity and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, gardening, and embracing the great outdoors. I've been happily married to Andrew since 1989, and together we have two children. Our daughter, Whitney, is also a Broker/REALTOR® who works alongside Andrew and me, while our son, Zach, has gone down the culinary path. Andrew and I also enjoy renovating and revitalizing old, neglected houses, giving them a new lease on life as happy homes for new homeowners.
Favorite Sports Team: I grew up in ALABAMA, so with that being said, I’d rather not say in fear of you holding it against me... I do love SEC football!!! Every Saturday I have a team to pull for or against and it doesn’t matter who is playing.
Words that inspire me: “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.” – Henry Ford
Where you will find me when I’m not working: I enjoy getting out and finding hidden little shops and towns. For example, the historic General Morgan Inn in Greeneville, TN (2nd oldest town in TN) is a great weekend escape. My family enjoys boating on Tellico Lake. You might also find me entertaining family and friends at our home.
Favorite Kind of Home: I love homes with character and details. A few of my favorite are the craftsman, cottage, and Victorian style homes.
