If a family could have their own personal real estate agent, Allison Walker would be ours. I met her about 4 years ago when she was showing my daughter and her family a house in Clinton. Then before my son retired from the Air Force in 2012 I called her to see if she would help locate them a new house before the big move. Allison is truly wonderful. We had some not so welcoming experiences with agents in the past and were concerned we might never find a house. We were lucky to find Allison through a family member. She was VERY helpful in finding listings that matched our wants/needs and budget. Allison was prompt for showings and did research on the properties beforehand and shared that with us so we knew exactly what we were looking at on each showing. If there was a question she couldn't answer on the spot, she researched it and responded to us within 24-48 hours. We had two different houses inspected and Allison was there for both. She discussed with the inspector what the issues were, as well with us. She even brought our toddler a coloring book and crayons and sat with him while we talked with the home inspector.
